Energy 101

In many courses we begin, like in college, the course number starts with 101. Energy 101 is a collection of explanations and exercises to experience energy, get to know it in your life and how to integrate the knowledge of Energy.

The first course is Knowing Your Clairs. This one day course we explore how you receive telepathic and intuitive messages. The four main ones are Clairvoyance (vision), Clairaudient (sound), Clairsentient (feeling) and Claircognitive (knowing). Everyone has the ability to work with each one, however, we are born with an order of ease in using them. When we understand how these Clairs appear for you, then you will be aware and respond versus shrugging off that message.

The second course is Energetic Armor. This two day course we continue to dive deeper into what Energy is, review the polarity of Energy, how to work with and protect you from the Energy that does not serve you for your highest and greatest good. We discover some of your Surrounding Special Helpers, these are compassionate unseens (guides, spirits, animals, plants, angels and more) and how they are willing to reveal Energy for YOU.

The third course is Bridging Heaven and Earth. This one day course is a brief review of the first courses then we learn protocols and techniques to call in the Surrounding Special Helpers for guidance, protections and facilitating yourself and others on their personal path of wellbeing.

The fourth course is Spirit Releasement and Clearing. This two day course we learn what kinds of Energy are not for one’s highest and greatest good; how to work with our Surrounding Special Helpers to release this type of Energy to the Universe for it to transform into an Energy that is needed elsewhere. Think of the computer’s Control Alt Delete! We then learn to fill in the “void” with what is for the highest and greatest good.

These courses are gathering tools to recognize the different categories of Energy and how you need to respond for your wellbeing. With this toolbox life is easier to manage and go forward.

I recommend if you are interested in learning more about these tools you received two sessions beforehand. The first will be the Bridging Heaven and Earth followed by a Spirit Releasement and Clearing. After these sessions, if you are still interested, we will schedule your classes.
