What Are Sessions Like

For Humans

CranioSacral Therapy sessions are 60 to 90 minutes long. You are fully dressed in light soft clothing like yoga attire or lightweight sweatpants with tee shirt. Please no heavy materials like jeans or heavy sweat suits. Relaxing music maybe playing. Generally, the session is while you are lying on the Therapy Room massage table. Sessions may be done while you are sitting in a chair too. At the end of the treatment you have a few minutes to integrate the session. However, if you are unable to travel, I will travel to you, a travel fee may be applied.

Reiki, Tuning Fork, or Crystal Therapy sessions are 30 to 90 minutes long.  These modalities may be used singularly or combined.  You are fully dressed in light soft clothing like yoga attire or lightweight sweatpants and tee shirt.  Please no heavy materials like jeans or heavy sweat suits.  Relaxing music maybe playing. Generally, the session is while you are lying on the therapy room massage table. Sessions may be done while sitting in a chair or wheelchair. At the end of the treatment you have a few minutes to integrate the session. If you are unable to travel, I will travel to you, a travel fee may be applied.

Akashic Record Readings are remotely over the phone. The first session is a minimum of 60 minutes and may go 90 minutes. Future sessions may start at 30 minutes and go up to 2 hours. With your prepare questions you are in the comfort of your quiet safe environment.

Past Life Regression sessions maybe in person or remotely over the phone. When you are comfortable, I guide you through a relaxing process until you are in your safe environment with your guides/totems. You then journey back through time to the event your Soul/Spirit presents you to explore. With gentle facilitation though, dialogue you learn who you were, the patterns you had, and any other important information you need to bring forward. By reviewing this past life with your current life patterns and answers may present themselves for you to have the opportunity to make the right choice for you.

Crystal Grid Mandala are designed according to your request/wishes. This beautiful symbolic art is created specifically for you. We schedule a time when you are in the comfort of your safe environment. The building of your crystal grid develops in its own time. When complete you receive explanation, messages, and photo(s) retain for your personal use.

Long Distant Reiki or Crystal Therapy sessions are 15 to 30 minutes. You are in the comfort of your safe environment.  When completed you receive a summary of the session.

Long Distant Tuning Fork Therapy sessions are 15 to 45 minutes. You are in the comfort of your safe environment. When complete you receive a MP3 recording for your re-play.

For Animals

Travel fees are additional to session fee.

CranioSacral, Reiki, Crystal, and Tuning Fork Therapy are on animal time, 15 to 120 minutes. The sessions may start in person and completed remotely. Or, only remote.

CranioSacral Therapy is on animal time, 15 to 120 minutes and where the animal(s) live with the owner/handler present. With hands gently on the animal I follow their lead on “what they are open to and willing to work with.” Animals are naturally comfortable working their wellbeing path and most of the time they process their own “issues.” When humans are to assist, the facilitator must be neutral (non-judgmental)..

Equine and Farm Animal Session is with the owner/handler present and in a confined space.

Small Animal Session is with the closest family member present and in a safe environment for everyone. Prefer a space where no one can escape.

Reiki, Crystal, and Tuning Fork Therapy Sessions are on animal time, 15 to 120 minutes and preferred where the animal(s) live. These sessions may have moments of hands on with most moments hands off. Because animals are directly connected with the Rhythms of Nature and their senses are highly tuned into “Energy Work” they may prefer long distance. If that is so, the balance of the session will be completed when I return to my Therapy Space. A summary of the Reiki and Crystal session will be sent upon completion. For Tuning Fork Therapy, the balance of the session you will receive a recording.

Interspecies Counseling (aka Animal Communication) sessions are for animals alive, in transition, or have transitioned over the Rainbow Bridge. Sessions may include up to three animals. The first session is a minimum of 60 minutes. We schedule the session. You submit a photo of the animal(s) with brief bio including name, age, breed and physical location (town and state). Before the session you prepare your questions you ask during the session. Please state your questions using What, How, Where, Show, or Tell us _____. Please no When questions because animals do not process time like us. Many sessions include problem solving and brainstorming for amicable solutions to current issues. It is important to coordinate the session when you will not be interrupted by others or phone calls. (You phone will be on silence.) During the session you (and your animal(s) may attend) are in your safe environment. The conversation is recorded with the intention for us to all be fully present, no note taking. You receive the MP3 audio via email within 24 hours.

Hospice Check Ins are for animals preparing to transition over the Rainbow Bridge. The first communication is a regular Interspecies Counseling session. The follow up check ins are upon your request and are 5-10 minutes each. You receive the MP3 audio via email. After the beloved animal’s transition all of us chat, when you are ready (usually 2-6 days). After this session you will be invoiced for all the minutes from the first Hospice check in at $1.00/minute.
